3. Permissions Usage / 权限使用说明

• storage – Saves user preferences locally. （用于在本地保存用户偏好设置。）

• tabs – Supports navigation between the original page and reader view. （用于在原始页面与阅读界面之间进行导航支持。）
• declarativeNetRequest – Applies layout filtering rules required for reader mode rendering. （用于应用阅读模式所需的页面布局过滤规则。）
